The auction by the independent property consultancy will be held at the Cumberland Hotel in London on 20th July and also features a number of luxury and new-build homes.
Lots on offer include five, large family houses in Acton with guide prices from £1m, seven office suites in Surrey offered at £4.7m and a five-bedroom property in Slough with a guide price of £1.1m-1.3m.
Gary Murphy, partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “This is one of the most exciting auction catalogues produced for some time.
- Savills records over £2.6m transactions at regional auction
- Former auction warehouse makes way for 76 below-market rent homes
- Manchester commercial property auction set to raise over £15m
“With more than 330 lots, it will be a very full day in the auction room.
“We have worked hard to ensure our pricing is realistic in order to provide opportunity for investors, owner-occupiers and developers.”
Thirty-five of the lots are priced at £1m and above, with the most expensive priced at £9m.
This lot – a site in Newbury, Berkshire – comprises three office buildings located on the M4 corridor, all with permitted development rights to build 129 flats.
